Uber now allows new drivers to retroactively apply an invite code to earn sign-on bonus.
If you are a new Uber driver but did not use a referral code during the initial sign-up, you can now add an invite code in order to earn a sign-on bonus.
How to apply an invite code retroactively
- Contact the Uber partner who referred you or an existing partner who can refer you to obtain an invite code.
- The referring partner must visit the Help section in the partner’s app to report your missing referral.
Once the referral request is approved by Uber, you will automatically receive a credit for the sign-on bonus after you meet the referral terms, which include minimal trip requirements.
Limitations
- Retroactive referrals must be applied within 15 days of new driver’s activation.
- Referrals may be denied by Uber if terms are not met.
